Hi there! I’m Elizabeth.
I am the one stop shop for non-judgmental, evidence-based infant sleep, development, and feeding support. As a Newborn Care Specialist, New Parent Educator, Sleep Coach, and Infant Feeding Expert, I’ll help you set actionable goals and form plans to streamline your life in parenthood.
I have a passion for postpartum care and facilitating a seamless transition into the first year at home with new parents. I provide a calming, evidence-based, and knowledgeable presence to leave parents with confidence in their competence. I tailor all advice to each family’s unique lifestyle and needs, by assessing parenting goals and allowing the outside opinions and unsolicited advice to slip away. This allows parents to feel assured and empowered in their decision making with their new baby.

My Approach
My approach is to treat infants as smart, individual people, with agency and intelligence that society often doesn’t give them credit for. My job is to work hand-in-hand with parents, not only during the first 12 weeks of their postpartum period, but the whole first year, to help them fulfill their parenting goals while avoiding feeling overwhelmed by the flood of information available to modern parents. In addition to a teaching degree and my continuing professional education, I have over eight years of researched, on-the-job experience in every facet of infant development and postpartum care and health. My goal is to give parents confidence in their competence during an overwhelming time.
My Postpartum Doula work focuses on mothering the new mother and the family unit, and supporting parents with household and baby care while teaching them the ropes and offering a listening ear. As a New Parent Educator, I work in a teacher or consultant role to guide new or expecting parents through what to expect from their first 6 weeks through the first year! These lessons range from more general newborn care and behavior, to targeting specific sleeping or feeding issues that a family may have. The support I offer is flexible and individual, which allows me to use all areas of my training to help families realize their parenting goals while building their confidence.
